Terms of Use

1. What the site is

Tanazul is an independent ad board where people post and browse ads about transferring the sponsorship (service) of domestic workers in Saudi Arabia. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with Musaned, Absher or any official platform. We are not a recruitment office, an agent, or a party to any transfer.

Every transfer must be completed through the official platforms and procedures. Always check the requirements and fees there. Nothing on the site replaces them.

2. Ads are written by users

• Each ad is written and published by the person who posts it, who is fully responsible for it. We do not check the ads, the workers, the numbers or the prices.
• We do not guarantee that an ad is accurate, current or still available, or that an advertiser is who they say they are.
• Be careful with any payment. Do not send money to someone you cannot identify, and check the person and the worker’s status through the official platforms before paying.
• A “verified” mark means only that the advertiser proved to us that they control the phone number. It is not a guarantee of quality, honesty or legality.

3. Posting rules

You may post only lawful ads that relate to the transfer of domestic-worker services. You must not:

• post false, misleading or duplicate ads, or ads for a worker you have no right to offer;
• post someone else’s phone number or personal data, or use another person’s identity;
• post offensive, unlawful or abusive content, or anything against Sharia or Saudi law;
• advertise anything unrelated to the site’s purpose, send spam, or automate posting;
• try to break, overload or bypass the site’s protections.

By posting, you confirm the information is yours to share and you accept that the ad, including the contact numbers in it, is public (see the Privacy Policy). You give us permission to display the ad on the site, in its archive and in search results.

4. Our right to remove content

We may hide, edit or remove any ad, limit posting, or block a number or address, at any time and without notice, especially for breaking these rules, complaints or spam. You can delete your own ad from the site.

5. Paid promotion

Some placements and promoted listings are paid. They are labelled or placed separately, and paying does not mean we checked or endorse the advertiser.

6. Using the site’s content

You may share links to ads. You may not copy the site in bulk, republish its listings as a competing service, or remove its name.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using the site, from ads or from dealing with advertisers. Nothing here limits any right that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it, and the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
