Privacy Policy
Tanazul (tanazul.net) is an independent classifieds board where people post and browse ads about transferring the sponsorship (service) of domestic workers in Saudi Arabia. We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with Musaned, Absher or any official platform. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect and why
When you post an ad
You type the details of your ad: name or nickname, job, nationality, region, prices, description, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, and optionally a photo. All of this is published on the site, including the phone numbers, and stays public until it is removed. Only post what you want the public to see.
Stored with every ad, not shown publicly
Your IP address and your browser’s technical details, to stop spam and abuse. If you enter an email address on the ad form, it is stored too and is not shown publicly.
Verification requests
If you ask to verify that a number is yours, we store the number and your note. If we approve it, we also store what you add to your poster page (display name, short bio, links, photo). Of your private edit link we keep only an encrypted fingerprint, not the link itself.
Advertise with us
Business name, phone number, the placements you are interested in, and your message.
Message, contact and survey forms
What you type is sent to a Google Form that we read. Google processes it under its own terms.
Server and security data
Our hosting server and Cloudflare (which delivers the site and blocks attacks) process your IP address and request details when you visit.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or visitor-analytics cookies. The site keeps one temporary flag in your browser (it disappears when you close the tab) so the intro popup is not shown twice. If you choose to save your details on the ad form for next time, your browser stores them in a cookie. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies.
How we use it
We publish your ads, run the site, prevent spam and abuse, check who owns a number when asked, answer messages, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks or analytics. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Who else sees it
- The public: your ad and the numbers you put in it. Search engines can index it.
- Google: the forms above, and YouTube only if you open a video.
- X (Twitter): only when you open the how-to popup that shows images from X.
- Cloudflare and our hosting and email providers: to run the site.
- Authorities: where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Ads remain online, and older ads move to the archive, which stays online so people can still find them. The data stored with an ad (IP address, browser details and email, if any) is kept as long as we keep the ad. You can ask us at any time to remove your ad and the data stored with it.
Your choices
- Delete or edit your ad with the delete button on it or your private edit link.
- Ask us to remove an ad, or to correct any other data we hold about you, through the Contact page.
- Do not enter a number or detail you do not want to be public.
Security, children and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect the site and the data we hold, but no website is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it. The site is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. We may update this page; the date at the top shows the latest version.
